CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments require advance planning and reserved time. Unless otherwise stated in writing: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after that deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service price. Clients who do not appear for a scheduled appointment may be charged a no-show fee of 100% of service price. We reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion, including for emergencies or circumstances beyond a client’s control. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. You may still be responsible for the full scheduled service fee. If you arrive too late for the service to be safely or reasonably performed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
